Zebrawood

Zebrawood (scientific name: Microberlinia brazzavillensis) is known for its dramatic dark brown and cream-colored stripes that resemble a zebra’s pattern.

The wood has a coarse texture with an interlocked or wavy grain. When quartersawn, it produces bold striped figures that make it highly decorative.

Zebrawood is native to West Africa and is moderately hard and durable, making it suitable for both structural and decorative applications.
